After the water sample and the masking agent are mixed, the ammonia nitrogen in the form of free ammonia or ammonium ions reacts with the salicylic acid color reagent to form a colored complex in the presence of alkaline environment and sensitizer. The analyzer detects the color change, and converts it into ammonia nitrogen value and outputs it. The amount of colored complexes produced is equivalent to the amount of ammonia nitrogen.

1 Method basis: Salicylic Acid Spectrophotometry.
2 Measuring range: 0.05-500 mg/L ammonia nitrogen (divided into 0.05-8 mg/L; 0.1-30 mg/L; 5-500 mg/L).
3 Accuracy: no more than 卤10% or no more than 卤0.2mg/L.
4 Repeatability: no more than 卤5% or no more than 卤0.2mg/L.
5 Measurement period: The minimum measurement period is 20 minutes. According to the on-site environment, the color development time can be arbitrarily modified within 5 to 120 minutes.
6 Sampling cycle: time interval (10锝?999min arbitrarily adjustable) and hourly measurement mode.
7 Calibration cycle: adjustable at any interval any time from 1 to 99 days.
8 Maintenance cycle: generally, once a month, about 30 minutes each time.
